  • 1 medium beetroot (peeled & chopped)
  • 1 medium carrot (peeled & chopped)
  • ½ apple (optional for sweetness)
  • Small piece of ginger (½ inch)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Water as needed

 Preparation

  • Blend beetroot, carrot, apple, ginger, and water.
  • Strain if you wish.
  • Add fresh lemon juice.
  • Stir well and enjoy fresh.
