Recipe:
- 1 cup makhana (foxnuts)
- 2 cups coconut milk (or cow’s milk)
- 4-5 soaked, blended dates or 1 tbsp grated jaggery
- Cardamom powder
- Chopped nuts
Method:
- Dry roast makhana and crush coarsely.
- Heat coconut milk, add makhana, cook 7–10 min.
- Add date paste or jaggery, cardamom.
- Garnish with nuts, serve warm.
