During summer, I craved something tangy yet light with my khichdi. This raw mango-coconut chutney added freshness and taste without overpowering the meal.

Recipe:

  • ½ raw mango (peeled, chopped)
  • ¼ cup fresh grated coconut
  • Few curry leaves (optional)
  • Small piece ginger
  • Rock salt
  • Few coriander leaves
  • Water for blending

Method

  • Blend all ingredients into a coarse paste.
  • Adjust salt and water for desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately with khichdi, millet, or chilla.
