During summer, I craved something tangy yet light with my khichdi. This raw mango-coconut chutney added freshness and taste without overpowering the meal.

Recipe:
- ½ raw mango (peeled, chopped)
- ¼ cup fresh grated coconut
- Few curry leaves (optional)
- Small piece ginger
- Rock salt
- Few coriander leaves
- Water for blending
Method
- Blend all ingredients into a coarse paste.
- Adjust salt and water for desired consistency.
- Serve immediately with khichdi, millet, or chilla.
