Lemon-Mint Detox Water

My All-Day Sipper

Not all detox has to be fancy — sometimes it is as simple as a jug of lemon-mint water on my desk.
Whenever I sip, it reminds me to pause, breathe, and flush out what I no longer need — in body and mind.

Ingredients

  • 1 jug of filtered water
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Optional: a few cucumber slices

Preparation

Add lemon and mint to a jug.
Fill with water and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
Sip through the day. Refill as needed.
