Recipe:

  • 1 cup makhana (foxnuts)
  • 2 cups coconut milk (or cow’s milk)
  • 4-5 soaked, blended dates or 1 tbsp grated jaggery
  • Cardamom powder
  • Chopped nuts

Method:

  • Dry roast makhana and crush coarsely.
  • Heat coconut milk, add makhana, cook 7–10 min.
  • Add date paste or jaggery, cardamom.
  • Garnish with nuts, serve warm.
